WAVERLY, NEW YORK – The Tinsel n Lights committee, with assistance from the Waverly Elementary Schools and The Bridge, is hoping to bring some joy and good cheer to our neighbors who have been recently affected by the flood.
Christmas ornaments have been donated by children throughout all three Waverly Elementary schools and collected by Tinsel-n-Lights committee members. Also, many new toys have been given to The Bridge for distribution.
These will be distributed at The Bridge’s “Second Round Voucher Fair” scheduled for this Saturday, December 10th, between Noon and 2 pm, at the Patterson auditorium on the Guthrie Campus in Sayre.
Our friends and neighbors who have been affected by the flooding are welcome to stop by and choose an ornament or toy from our Christmas tree. Our best wishes for a miraculous Christmas season!
