2016 Sleepout: The 14th Annual Sleepout was held on Friday, November 25th starting at 5p through Saturday, November 26th at 5pm. We are currently at $9,766.11! Thank you to all who participated. There is still time to be a part of this year’s event–just mark your contribution for the “Sleepout” and send to The Bridge, P.O. Box 202, Sayre, PA 18840. .
The Sleepout, is held over a 24-hour period
starting at 5pm the Friday after Thanksgiving and ending on Saturday at 5pm. This is the organization’s major fund-raiser aimed at raising funds and awareness for those in need in our community. Church and community business representatives take 1-hour blocks of time during the 24-hours and stay in the cold in a make shift home in front of the Sayre Theatre.
