2019 Sleepout: The 17th Annual Sleepout was held on Friday, November 29, 2019 3pm through Saturday, November 24, 2019 at 3pm in the parking lot of the Guthrie Desmond Street Practice (formerly Newberry’s). As of December 20, we are at $9,353 or 62% of our goal.
The Sleepout is an annual event held over a 24-hour period
starting at 3pm the Friday after Thanksgiving and ending on Saturday at 3pm. This is the organization’s major fund-raiser aimed at raising funds and awareness for those in need in our community. Church and community business representatives take 1-hour blocks of time during the 24-hours and stay in the cold in a make shift home in the parking lot of the Guthrie Desmond Street Practice (formerly Newberry’s).
